Ambuklao and Binga conflict resolution program is now a Harvard University case study.

See video on the case: "Making Monkey Business" (34 min.) The video focuses on the conflict resolution process administrated by SN Aboitiz (a joint venture of SN Power and Aboitiz) when they took over the Ambuklao and Binga hydropower plants in the Philippines.

This is a strong example of dispute resolution mechanisms, and how they work.  Through real life conflict resolution cases like this we can learn what works, what doesn't, and why.

This case study is used by the Harvard University in courses on CSR and conflict resolution.
